Holiday Inn is a 4 star business hotel, spread over 3 acres of land.

Vascon has tied-up with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), which will manage this hotel. The Rs. 150 crore project, Holiday Inn will be a 250 rooms hotel. The phase I of the project comprises 175 rooms, while an additional 75 rooms were constructed in the Phase II. The hotel will have state-of-the-art facilities such as health club, meeting rooms, business center, 24 hour restaurants, swimming pool, multi-cuisine / theme restaurants, bar lounge, etc.

The first phase of the project was completed and made operational by October 2008. Vascon made its foray into hotel industry with the completion of this. Another venture by Vascon engineers is the Hyatt Regency with about 250 rooms plus 75 service apartments on Nagar Road which again boldly announces Vascon to be one of the best builders in Pune. Apart from this, they have tied up with Royal Orchid to manage 105 rooms and 80 service apartments in Kalyani Nagar.

Vascon acquired huge pieces of land for constructing large number of service apartments and commercial complexes. Pune real estate has been indebted in many ways by the exquisite architectures of Vascon. Vascon has already been active in the hospitality service, having two operational boutique resorts in Goa. Holiday Inn will not be just a stylish hotel but will cater to the growing businesses in Western Pune. The Venture is being jointly promoted by Vascon, Pristine and Jasper Developers.
